The Executive Director will work, with support from the Board of Directors, to oversee and implement the strategic direction of the organization, support our dedicated staff, and ensure fiscal and organizational sustainability.  Supervisory experience, an ability to navigate the legal system, grant management, and fundraising are preferred skills for this position

Come join our team and enjoy life on the Oregon coast while helping the communities of Lincoln and Tillamook Counties. We are seeking a professional with a proven track record of effectively managing small but highly qualified teams, public speaking and engagement, grant writing and fiscal management.    Experience and understanding of CASA is preferred, but not necessary.    This is a full-time position that requires some flexibility.  The salary is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.  The position is currently housed at the CASA office in Newport Oregon.  This position will be best filled by a candidate with a passion for the work done at CASA of Lincoln and Tillamook Counties and the ability to utilize their skills to effectively carry out CASA’s mission.
